The Residencial Mirasal is formed by three blocks of two heights, of extremely horizontal proportions, implanted respecting the original topography of the plot favouring the distant views towards the salt flats of Torrevieja.

In this way, three platforms’ are generated at different levels that are connected by paths of gentle slopes that run through the interior of the urbanization.

The architecture and vegetation of the residential are inspired by our Mediterranean tradition from their deepest understanding. This identity will take as its fundamental pillars the use of materials from the vernacular tradition and the linking of architecture to a landscape specific to our area.
